All RH10 coaches are qualified through UK Athletics (UKA) or the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), with our Head of Performance, Rob Francis, currently working with British Olympic teams.

Whether it’s beating an opponent to the ball, breaking into space, or recovering defensively, sharp sprinting ability makes the difference. Our sprint training programs focus on explosive starts, maximum velocity, and sprint mechanics specific to football, helping players move faster, react quicker, and perform with more power under pressure..
The training is either conducted as 1-2-1 or preferably small group sessions, and this helps to push the players even further in training. We focus the training on flat line and multi directional football specific training.
We also carry out an analysis of the players running style and gait, using the latest technology available. What is gait analysis ? Gait analysis is a way to assess the dynamic posture and coordination during movement. This analysis is a means to evaluate, record, and make any necessary corrections for a smooth gait. This can include selecting the right sports shoe for the athlete, as this can help prevent injuries.

Our training focuses on developing explosive acceleration, maintaining top-end speed, and recovering faster between efforts. By improving your speed endurance, you’ll be sharper in transitions, stronger in one-on-one duels, and more effective in the final minutes when it matters most.
